I purchased a leather lounge suite in October 2012, did not unpack it until Dec 2012, i needed to sell old lounge suite, paint etc before placing my new furniture in the lounge. I noticed the cushions did not match, they are lumpy and uneven with the result you are inclined to slide to the lowest point and they slid off the base, hence every evening i need to reposition them on the base. I reported my my dissatisfaction to the sales lady in January 2013, she was obliging and reported it to the customer service, customer service service were prompt on the day of the report. Since they i have called the store, spoke to the manageress Fatima, the sales lady Mellisa and the call centre agent Jared. My calls are not returned i have now reached the point wher i feeling that the buck is been passed .just to add iam retiring next year, i paid cash this was the lounge suite that i was purchasing to relax in, not give me back ache!! Please help me Peter
