I have submitted my complaint below and to date they came to my house to take pictures in June 2013 and I'm still waiting for positive response.
This is really not a way to treat a customer
I have purchased a lounge suite for R18 000 cash! I repeat R18 000 cash! I did this because I had confidence in this store. I made this purchase on 18 November 2011. If only I had an idea what I had set myself up for. Usually when I make a cash payment is because I don't intend on purchasing the same thing again in less than a year.
Sad part is I went to their customer service today and all I was told was that I don't have extended warranty. Why would I need extended warranty when I was purchasing their so called "genuine leather". That couldn't even last for a year. They had small cracks at first but now they are getting worse by the day. Where do I get the money to buy a new lounge suite.
My advise to you, value your customers and take pride in the quality of your products.
I need to know the way forward, just picture yourself in this kind of situation. You put away money to purchase new furniture and end up without furniture and the money
