What I do not understsnd is why is it that a big company like shopright can not think of ways to better their service towards their client. I deposited R400 at shopright and immidiatly I sent the money and the pin to the person I was sending the money too.
I was made aware that the pin I sent was incorret, I ran to shopright in less than 10 min for them to reset it to me. Unfortunetly for me SHOPRIGHT does mot have that option to reset the pin. I mean really??? I have never been so helpless in my life. This is pathetic really. now I have to feel forms but I do not know my account number by head, which means I am doomed. I just have to come home and apply for my reset tomorrow and apparently that can take months as well.
To think that that money was for transport and now my sister is left with no money for transport is depressing really. And axactly why should I provide my babk details axactly? There sre people who does not have bank details does that mean they are?
I could not make the application for a new oin because I do not know my account number, which by there is completly irrelevant to my issue at hand.
