I did submitted the required document on the 27 September 2013, on Tuesday I received a call where they were asking for my Bank details, and I told them that I don't need that money to be transferred to my account all I need is a pin to be reset, till today no feedback.
I am surprise why they need the bank details because we use money market because mostly for emergency and quick to transfer, but after this experience I am really disappointed.
I think Shoprite need to discuss with Capitec a better method to reset a pin because it mostly used by the majority of the community and for emergency and is also very convenient for their customers.
