Hello Peter. I have reported my problem of a money transfer pin from Shoprite last week friday. Monday Dean Olwage from Customer Relations called me to say I must take copy of my ID to store they will send it to head office for PIN to be reset. Funny part is you are not told of the duration of this PIN reset it can be a week. Its one of the vague answers you get from store even Grant. I will source an email of Whitey Basson (MD, CEO) and tell him of my frustration may be he will understand. For pin reset to be a week that is so phathetic I'm sorry. Were I come from we value the customers and the customer experience is one thing that measures the effectiveness of a company against other markets.
