Hello Peter I have deposited money at shoprite money market the person that was supposed to receive money was told the Pin is wrong. I went to Shoprite as I have deposited the money there. The lady at money market said she will test if my Pin is correct which was fine by me and I wanted to know if its fine then what she told me I have to pay to deposit the money again I immediately requested the manager. She told me the same thing that I have to pay R10.Y? I asked her name and she gave me Gillian Prins. I told her I have to report this to head office and guess what she told me that she has to send an email to head office they might take a week to respond then you can reset the PIN.You know what irritate me is the 2nd option of escalating the problem tht was not raised up until I took her name for escalating the problem. If there are set processes for escalating cases like this why do you have to milk peoples money because you are lasy to follow the process that is set by your co. This remind me of a case of SASSA grant payer that were forced to buy in order to get thei grant money. I am one person that doesnt accept mediocrity. Sort your processes out I will publish to media
