After a chip on my windscreen cracked it was neccesary to have a replacement winndscreen fitted. My very helpful insurance personnel registered my claim and gave the instruction to replace. well it has been 3 days after thue nstruction, the crack is now 50 cm and no onehs a contacted me for the replacement of the windscreen. How long do they take to get into action from an instruction received for a replacement?
when my insurance company contacted them yesterday they promised a call back within minutes, yet no call and no service. terrible to know that my insurance company relies on this type of service from a service provider who end up making it a terrible experience.
