I needed my windscreen replaced due to a crack. Insurer approved a claim for a chinese windscreen to be fitted. 24 Fix, on my behalf, requested on OEM replacement windscreen to be fitted.
The fitment team arrived at my premises promptly and replaced my windscreen within an hour. The 2 gentleman were very courteous and careful around my vehicle. They were also able to answer any questions I had about the process.
I was a bit apprehensive initially, as I had not encountered this fitment company prior to this claim.
I must say that overall I am very satisfied with their service.
