I recently had a BAD EXPERIENCE with Robyn Govender and Linda! After calling the STORE MANAGER, Brandon 6 times, he called me back after a Hellopeter complaint eventually. Brandon promised to call me the very next day - 4 days has passed by and still no call from Brandon. Thank I called and spoke to the PERFECT INDIVIDUAL who made me want to shop at Edgars again, who made me feel valued as a customer!!! I THANK YOU, CHARMAINE! That's what I call a manager and a team player!!! The attitude in Edgars Canal walk seriously! But Charmaine is definitely an asset to your company!!!
