I logged a complaint regarding bad service that I received from Edgars - The Glen and have not yet received any feedback regarding my complaint. Reference Number 1103130240/GO.
I was promised that the manager of The Glen branch would call and I am still waiting. The bad attitude of employee Bonangaye Phakathi has totally soured my attitude towards Edgars. The lack of response on my original complaint has now compounded the problem and I am not a happy customer at all!
