I went to old fashioned fish and chips Date 27 june 2013 time 17:26 to buy 2xsnoek R54.00.when i asked for the spice on my fish and to make it well done the manager stewart gave me attitude and told me not to tel them how to do their jobs.i was even surprised to find out that he is the manager of the store because of the way he spoke to me.he needs proper training on how to handle customers.i called their head office to complain and spoke to brandon who apologised and made so many promises 1 of which was to get back to me but ive never received a call back from him as well.which means this is the way old fashioned fish and chips treat their customers.from the store to head office it the same.no professionalism what so ever. im very dissapointed especially with brandon since he works at head office he should know better.
