I just need to share this with all of you, but what an awesome experience I've had today! For those using Zando, they have this awesome new Chat thing where you can actually get into contact with the support team without the nonsense of day to day call center calls!
I work for a non profit organisation, I work long hours and I barely get a chance to get to do grocery shopping, but one thing - I LOVE FASHION and with Zando, i can still be my stylish self and do it from work!
I ordered my 30th Birthday outfit from Zando recently and then had it returned due to sizing. I requested that they rather give me a voucher than a refund, more shopping for me. So this morning I tried out this chatting application on their website and WOW - I got to chat with Brandon who promised me that he will sort it all out before the sun set - and wow - I just got my voucher with a little note from Brandon saying - TOLDJA! Well before the sun set! I'm so impressed!!!
Thank you Brandon for making my day and sorting this out - now I can shop some more!!! I will keep on coming back for more! You guys ROCK!
