I had a problem with Vodacom that actually originated from another branch. Today, Brandon did what he could - which was to give me as much information as possible. And it is the second time that he has done quite a lot to assist me despite the fact that it wasn't his problem to start with. The first time was when I bought a phone from Edgars Cavendish and the staff there wanted to charge me extra money to set the phone up. I walked into the Vodacom shop and Brandon assisted me with everything to get me going. Thank you Brandon, for your lovely attitude, for your professionalism. Vodacom, please value this young man, he's the best!
