I am not sure who I am more disappointed in... Edgars Canal walk's staff or the customer service line (call centre) who's supposed to address my complaint I lodged on 11 October, relating to service received at CW on 6 October.
We stood in the customer service line at CW for more than an hour and when we got to the till they couldn't find the store manager... apparently there was only one on duty on a Sunday...
Subsequently I spoke to Dineo, Godfrey and I am not sure who all at the call centre but no one seems to care that there's stores giving really pathetic service.
My reference number for the call logged is 2032201/20131007/S.G.N and the call centre said my call would be addressed within 48 hours...
I am left speechless
