I had some issues with my Edgards card, which up until this morning remained unresolved. I asked to speak to a manager. Charmaine assisted me and within 30 min my problem was sorted out! I was really impressed with the professional and efficient service. She went above and beyond by still giving me the discount on sale items that were kept aside for me the week before.
I also want to thank to Luvuyo, one of the cashiers who (the week before) spent almost an hour on the phone with Edgars customer service in an attempt to fix the problem. He also arranged for the goods to be kept aside for me.
Keep it up guys, you are both a true asset to your firm!
