Every online order I've place on the Woolworths website the past few months, leaves me with a HUGE headache. It takes week for delivery and ends up with me having to phone the call center to fight with the poor incompetent chap on the other end of the call centre.
It's either no delivery (after the money has already been deducted from your credit card acc) or when they finally pitch up at your home, they deliver the complete wrong order.
Woolworths, I've been a loyal customer for years that buys ALL my groceries from your store. I spend thousands of rands a month (and can prove this with my slips), but this was the final straw. It's true what the social networks says about you? YOUR SERVICE/QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN!!!
