On Wednesday, 23/01/2013, i lodged a complaint about Joshua Doore's accounts department. The head office contacted me later that afternoon to query what the problem was. I explained in detail the problem as well as suggested a solution to the problem. I was told i will get a call back in a few minutes but to date have received no response from them. They have been contacting my husband to say that my account is in arrears & sent messages on the 23/01/2013 @ 13:23 & on the 25/01/2013 @ 15:40. I think this is poor service coming from them or they have a communication problem within the company. It is so frustrating when you have no bad credit records to have to tolerate such bad service.
