I owed standard bank money and i paid up the accounts. i called for a letter to state that i have finished paid the account this was in jan 2013 than i tried for a home loan just to see if my name is ok.i got rejected.
i called transunion as suggested by fnb and discovered the 2 accounts that i PAID UP is 5 and 8 months in arrears? why? as these records should have been updated and i have the proof that i paid up.i did call standard bank again and a lady told me that it would take 48 hrs im still waiting. Is this what you do to all the clients who owe you money and when they done paying you keep the records in an arrears state just to show that you have the power? please and when you respond dont put the blame on me as i dont have time to call you everyday for a letter that should have been issued automatically. I want you to give transunion an update on my arrears accounts to correct my credit score.
