I have requested a paid up letter for my Credit card and loan with Africanbank. I have only received the paid up letter for the loan. The gentleman I spoke to this morning advised me that the letter for the credit card will be seen to me soon. Now while waiting for letter, I received an sms stating {{Ms NGOBENI, your African Bank Credit Card... 8453 debit account details have been updated, as per you instruction. Your next due date is 20130722.}} I have never instucted anyone to update my details, why would I want to update my details if I want to close all my accounts with them. i called the Call Center for assistance and the lady i spoke to was incompitent, she kept repeating everything I said, she was of no help. I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER. I will never do business with Africanbank ever...
