I'm so sick and tired and identity and they accounts department they always getting things wrong. when ever i pay i have no credit and when i don't pay i get credit how does that work. on the 2nd of April i payed my account with R 350 and on the slip it said you may still buy for R 576.00 but when i went to purchase something they tell me i only have R 13.00 credit this is so not on to be on break and stand in that long line to find out the slip is wrong. then when i phone the say its a limit that's given when the account is paid and only available for that day. that is if that's the case then how will we know what our really credit is. i wont advice any one to open an identity account they full of and . guys please get you'll act together sort this mess out and stop miss leading customers.
