After 2 requests to the Store Manager: Marie White to investigate why my account is sitting at R 8000. Nothing was done!
With my visit to this store I was almost man handled and assaulted after been verbally abused in the office of the Store Manager. After the Store Manager started to verbally abuse me in front of my son, she then approached me and almost assaulted me. If it was not for one of her subordinates that came to my rescue I dread to think what she would have done to me. Her subordinate removed her from me.
I was so traumatised after the way she spoke to me and almost hid me that I started crying. The humiliation in front of a full store.
Where can I go to report this? This is not the first and only person she has treated in this way. Two other people that were in the store gave me their details and said that they had similar incidents with this person. Is the Owner not aware of this, how can this person be a Store Manager?
