Bad Attitute and Fradulent Account

I went to Lakeside mall after I was assisted by the store manager at Shoprite centre.

Once I got the her (Vicky Store Manager) attitude towards me a client was downward rude and degrading. I was perplexed. She told me that she doesn't have the time to assist us even thou she got a call from Alberton about the information I needed with regards to the account that was opened in my name. The perpetrator bought 3 times at the store and an email that contained the statement and the times of the purchase was sent to her by the Alberton Store Manager as she requested on my behalf to look through the CCTV and give us the printout of the face of the person who did the purchase.

She told me to come back after 2hours and she would have collected all the documentation that I had requested. ONLY on my return she tells me that it was too far back and the surveillance is not available. The last purchase was done on 10/10/2013.

My conclusion is the security for Ackermans is VERY POOR and the store don't take ANY security measures when it comes to people opening accounts or the store security. THE COMPANY SHOULD JUST CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AS IT IS NOT MINE and I DONT NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM U!
