CAN I PLEASE GET ASSISTANCE

I spoke to a call centre agent on Monday the 7th, asking them to resend my statement. I am still waiting...
I requested Edgars in June to change my account to 12 months.

When I wanted to pay my bill this month, I noticed that the installment is still calculated on 6 months???

Can my account now please be changed to 12 months as requested in June???
