For the past 5 months every month I have to phone the customer service centre to find out why my installment due is calculated wrong. Every time its a different story and nobody seems to know how to calculate it. This month yet again my installment due is in error. I have requested a full age analysis on my account but apparently Edgars cannot supply this according to Jean Billings. I have also returned an email to Jean Billings and phoned the customer service centre and left messages to no avail. What to do to get this resolved? I have Threatened to stop payment until such time that I have a full age analysis on my account and until the installment due has been corrected. Please get a competent person to sort this out otherwise go look for your money somewhere else!!!
