I went into the store to look for cycling shoes. The section is right next to the till area where 6 staff members were standing around having a fat conversation. One of them, the manageress. I went to the area where they were holding their conversation, i waited a minute after a few glances from the staff, until i was asked only after, if they could help me. I asked for the manageress, shortly after, 1 staff member slipped off, "un-noticed" while i gave them all a lashing as to why not one of them could give me service. To the response of one was, there is someone in the cycling section, and then shortly after the manageress said. "Come, i can help you". and "sorry". Her plea to assist was NOT convincing at all. I told them their service is pathetic and i ended up not spending my money with them.
