Not sure when people will learn that to be in a retail environment you need to have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was in the Mr Price Home at Eastgate Shopping Centre in Bedfordview, I had a loaded pathetic 2 basket trolley and had things falling out every 5 minutes, not once did any staff offer to assist and when I asked for assistance I got told, "I dont work in this section". I was shocked, didnt ask this rude staff member to make me a table, just asked that she help me carry the things to the till. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me, I asked her colleague standing next to her and her reply was, "We dont work in this section so we dont know". So what the heck are u doing looking at duvets when u arent working in that section!? I went 2 the manager to complain, she sent 2 very nice gentleman to help me but seeing how lightly the other 2 staff got off, the damage is done and thanks to not only the staffs disgusting attitude but the managers lack of assistance also, I left my R1000 worth of and left! I can honestly say I am getting absolutely tired of accepting bad customer service in Johannesburg! JACK UP YR SERVICE MR PRICE & EMPLOY STAFF WHO WANT 2 WORK!!!
