22:30, NO one in drive thru, I was asked to go wait in the parking lot for my food. ITS A DRIVE THRU, NOT A PARK AND WAIT. Asked for the manager and was told that the one that's serving me is the manager. She has the worst attitude of them all, when asked for a refund my food was finished all of a sudden, and it was not even a minute that I was waiting for my food. When I asked for a refund she asked what was wrong. I demanded for my money back. I asked for their complaints telephone number and the manageress asked me what do I want to do with it. After a huge argument they eventually refunded me. I suggest that NO support these arrogant people. Its a new branch they just recently opened and I was expecting better service from the as KFC is situated right opposite from them.
