Visited the store as I regularly do. On more than one occasion I did experience a don't care attitude of staff. This normally occur at till points and staff manning counters at the food section.
Yesterday I went to the counter stocking ready cooked chickens. I stood there for a while, looked at the prices and then tried to make eye contact with someone to help me. Two ladies working at the bread section saw me and addressed the the three standing, doing nothing at that time (having a conversation between themselves).
The three heard them, looked at me and just carried on with their conversation. Eventually I walked around to the back of the counter and fetched a chicken myself.
Normally I would not make a scene but this unacceptable. I do understand a little of the staff's native language and sometimes some staff members go out of their way to stall service to "the white man".
Some of these workers chat away, talking about customers randomly as if we are. Unfortunately some of us do understand enough.
I am not a but some workers bring right into my face deliberately.
Unfortunately I did not take the names of these staff members yesterday... was too angry.
