Firstly my father and I went to Jet in Pinetown to collect his card which he lost, was advised that should I need to purchase anything either at Edgars or jet Id have to provide my fathers I.D my I.D and a written letter with this signature on it. On 6/10/2013 Jet weststreet when at the till point I explain to her that I had all the documents I needed she did not even want to look, listen or try explain as why I wasn't able to purchase the clothes forget the fact my father has had the account since 2008 and smses are sent to my cell, she then sent me to Edgars across the road. I arrived there and at the enquiries line I waited 2 hrs as there was only 1 till point on a line of about 10 ppl, my friend had to call the manager Athish rambguham, who was much help him self every question asked his res ponce was "I dnt know". I still wasn't able to purchase the goods I wanted. now why would one wait 2 hrs in line for a stamped letter, and why do you only 1 till working on a Sunday?. Edgars Im really disappointed with the customer service with managers unexperienced that dnt have solutions to customers problems. Really!
