Useless till service!!!

I'm a student at the University of Potchefstroom who finished early with class and decided to go and buy myself some new summer clothes at the Edgars in Mooirivier Mall, just find out that I have wasted a whole afternoon in that store just to find out that the ladies working at the till does not know what is typed letter that gives me permission to buy on my parents account with my mom's card. My main problem is that I almost spend 2 and a half hours on fitting the clothes, another 15 min in a row to get to the till because there is only 3 ladies helping a whole lot of people while there is 7 tills. Then the thing that made me real mad was that they denied me from buying on the account because its my mothers card, and this was after I gave the one lady the typed letter from my mom saying that my mother gives me permission to buy on their account!!! And this is not the first trouble me or my parents received from any Edgars, but this will be the last time I will support any Edgars and my parents will be closing their account... So Congratulations on losing clients on poor service...
