Frustration is an understatement!

Despite having provided Edgars with the required FICA documents an astounding 8 times (if not more), each and every time we go to an Edgars store to purchase goods, we are told that the Edgars card is blocked due to not submitting FICA documents. We are BEYOND the point of frustration now, we have wasted time, energy and petrol going to the store each time with the documents, emailed them, faxed them, now my husband has vowed we will pay off the Edgars account, cut that card up and NEVER return as customers.

It is really shocking that Edgars could harass their customers in this fashion with sms upon sms yet when customers comply with their requests they are treated so badly. The sheer frustration not to mention embarassment at the till each time is enough to make you pull your hair out at the roots. The store manager at The Glen even tried to help a few weeks ago, unblocked the card, called us to say we shouldn't experience the problem again yet last weekend, same story at Eastgate. We have heard all the explanations as to why this is happening, ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM & WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH! GOODBYE EDGARS!!!
