Bad attitude towards customers

Good day

I got some pampers nappies for my stork tea while i was pregnant. I love pampers therefore i used to buy only pampers.

One jumbo pack size 3 - Some of the nappies was faulty i did report it on the website but they didnt come back to me as promised.

I bought a jumbo pack again and it was also some poor nappies.

I decided im not going to buy pampers again as there were 5 nappies that was unuasable.
