Worst Pick n Pay consistently

This is the 4th time I have had the worst service ever at any supermarket! I have twice addressed this with the store manager and still it gets worse. Today I popped in to grab a few item amounting to R400 i got to the till lane were there are 4 people (one a floor manger) having a chat, taking no notice of me standing patiently waiting so as not to interrupt their important chit chat, when after 3 mins I point out that I have been waiting to be served, the lady siting at the till turns to face me and say she's closed, including the other till (which did have the closed sign) thus me standing at the till without a sign. Now to me this is just bad attitude and service with no understanding of what a customer is to a business. I then stood by the customer care desk waiting for someone to address my concern no one did until I asked the security at the door to fetch the manager. I will not support the PnP in Melkbos and as I did today I will drive the extra 7km to get better service at checkers/food lovers and Woolworth or PnP big bay which is very pleasant from my experience.
