I did my shopping at this Pick 'n Pay and when I was ready to pay I approached a till where to employees were standing together having a conversation. As I put my basket down the guy with the name of Mathebula pulls out a closed sign and throughs it on the counter. Both him and the lady at the till proceeded with their chat. When I asked what's happening he said "closed" and walked off. I expressed my disgust toward his attitude and he was not concerned. The lady left behind at the till laughed in my face and proceeded to do her cash up. I had no choice but to go the next available till point. I asked the lady assisting me if she saw what had happened and she told me that they were about to close soon and the staff is in a hurry to go home. I asked for the manager and it was Mathebula who came and asked what I wanted. When I told him about my dissatisfaction with the service said "ok".
