Homechoice delivered my package to the wrong person, therefore I didn't receive it. I received no contact about the where-abouts of my delivery until months later, when they called me asking me to pay for a package I didn't receive, where they even threatened blacklisting. I faxed and emailed through an affidavit including all my documents but they do not respond! They still haven't suspended my account, in order to do an investigation of their delivery department. They are just running a money making scheme because they do not have the client's interest at heart. They have no customer service whatsoever!
