Got a call early this year that my, unknown to me, account was/is in arrears.20/02/13 I called the Homechoice contact centre to report this case and faxed an affidavit on the 21st to 0216801100, as advised.25/02/13 I was called by another agent, Onica_Ref: 249054259, and reported this again and she promised to escalate this matter to their division. I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] requested feedback and attached the affidavit.07/03/13 I sent a customer query through the website and only received an auto response.11/03/13 I got an e-mail from Anita Lorenzo, asking for my ID no, which was on the affidavit I had sent in Feb. I sent her the no.12/03/13 I got an email from Harafa Mlima, also responding to the customer query, stating that they didn't receive my affidavit. I forwarded her the e-mail sent in Feb with the affidavit attached.14/03/13 Harafa replied back stating that "she will forward all docs for investigation". Since then, I have received threats from VVM debt collectors of possible blacklisting, but still no feedback of the investigation. I've never opened this account, being blacklisted and demand prompt action from Homechoice to resolve this.
