Poor Service

Myself and a Colleague have each placed an order with HomeChoice on 12 June 2013. One package was delivered to our delivery address (work address). She signed for her package and I did not recieved mine. I phoned HomeChoice to query and they said she signed for both. As per our receptionist only one pacakge was delivered. I was informed by HC that I would have to do a affidavit and they would investigate the case. After doing the affidavit and sending it to HC on 26 June 2013 they said they will keep me updated on the progress.
I have phoned them 4 times already, leaving a msg for Chrystal to please get back to me and let me know what is going on. No reply on any of the msg's I left and I was told not to order anything until the investigation was sorted out. According to the call centre agent, Muaauuiyah (that I had to phone for an update) the investigation was only started on 8 July 2013. This is 3 weeks after the initional query was logged on the 20th of June2013 and almost 2 weeks after the affidavid was recieved. My problem is no one is getting back to me and I can not order anything els while I have to sit and wait.
