I ordered 2 recliner couches the beginning of Dec, and was told expext delivery within 7 working day, guess what, I reveived the free gifts, but still no couches! I have called homechoice several times, was told that the JHB warehouse has delivered this. Call again, I am told it will be delivered in the new year. I want to cancel my order and close my acc, but Homechoice refuse to cancel my order. I wanted the goods in time for Cristmas. They also need to collect black cast iron cooking set I purchased, its chipping and rusting. Have called and emailed Homechoice numerous times. Be careful of Homechoice full on empty promises and no service delivery.
