Applied for credit at Homechoice. Received a sms stating that my HomeChoice parcel PF18213147 has been dispatched that morning and will be delivered in a few days. Queried delivery because I was still waiting for my delivery, but did not receive any response. I phoned in to find out why I did not receive my order and was told that the order has been delivered and signed for. I requested a copy of delivery slip, but apparently they are unable to assist me with that as it is something they must investigate. I did an affidavit and sent it to them, got another sms that my parcel PFS18658926 has been dispatched. I received phone calls that they are still waiting for my affidavit from 24 June 2013. I asked to speak to one of their managers, but apparently there are no contact numbers or no way for them to transfer my calls.
They started phoning me requesting payment and said that someone I don't even know signed for my order.
I receive phone calls from Home Choice daily requesting payments from me for something someone else has received. I have been screaming and shouting for answers, but with no result!!!
