I ordered bedding around the 13/08/13 and on the 19th there was a message online to say the order had been despatched. On the 26th I called and they told me that I still had to wait. Then on the 30th I called again and they said to me I would get a call the following week from the couriers. Nothing like that happened only to receive an sms to say we trust you are happy with your order that was accepted on your behalf by a third party. I was very furious and called homechoice and they told me the order had been received by Sophia on the 22nd of August. How was that possible because I called on the 30th and they said the order had not yet been delivered and I would get a call the following week. I was then told to go to the police to get an affidavit. Frustrated as I was I did go to the police and faxed through an affidavit to homechoice. I received no call from them and seeing they didn't care I called again only to be told that they have a turn around time of 48 hrs for faxes. Seriously!!! This is very bad service and so unprofessional as I got no call from the couriers. I am very frustrated as nothing has been done yet and I have spent my money making calls and on transport.
