DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I MOVED TO JOHANNESBURG A YEAR AGO AND HAD TO RE FURNISH AND START OVER SO ALL MY FURNITURE WAS PURCHASED FROM FURNITURE CITY AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. I HAVE BEEN A DILIGENT PAYER AND HAVEN'T MISSED AN INSTALMENT BUT THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM IS ASTOUNDING. INITIALLY OVER A YEAR AGO I GOT THE WRONG BED BUT ACCEPTED A LOAN BED FOR THE TIME AS I HAD NO BED TO SLEEP ON OTHERWISE, A YEAR LATER AFTER ME KICKING UP A CONTINUOUS FUSS I FINALLY GOT MY BED THAT I INITIALLY ORDERED. NOW MY FRIDGE WENT DOWN LAST THURSDAY 26-10-2013 AND TO DATE 4-10-2013 NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. NOT FURNITURE CITY NOR SAMSUNG THEMSELVES HAVE TAKEN MY SITUATION OF NOT EATING PROPER FOOD EXCEPT KELLOGG'S AND TOAST INTO CONSIDERATION. ITS ALWAYS AN INCONVENIENT TIME FOR THEM TO SEND A TECH ROUND AND MOST CONVENIENT WHEN I'M AT WORK IN THE DAY. WE PAY THOUSANDS OF RANDS FOR THESE PRODUCTS YET THE PEOPLE WHO SELL THEM CANT SERVICE THEIR CLIENTS PROPERLY. FOR SUCH REPUTABLE COMPANIES THE SERVICE LEVELS AND PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM ARE DISGUSTINGLY INCOMPETENT. IF WE DID NT PAY AN INSTALMENT THEY WOULD IN NO TIME BE ON THE PHONE TO CALL YOU...
