I bought a lounge suite two weeks back but it seems like to morkels they only looking after their pockets not the customers need.firstly when I purchase I waited for three hour to be assisted and their excuse was the system they are using is new.now I have to struggle to receive my goods.all I asked was for them to call first on the day of the delivery so that my husband and I can arrange for someone to stay at home.is it really too much to askedi mean I can't stay at home hoping they will pop up. I'm tired of making calls and asking after all I paid for them. I will never buy at that store again
