I Bougth a 3 piece bedroom suite at morkels on the 27 July 2013 from the lady called Claire and until today I am still waiting for my delivery. WHat fatrates me the most is that they never try to call me and tell me why it was taking them so long to deliver, i had to kept on calling them daily and still they will not give me the reason instead they will promised to call me back and they will never call.
I even tried to escilate it to the sales manager (Gabriel) but he is also bad news he doesnt even know whats happening in the store he is managing, I am so disapointed in morkels I dont even know what to do as I have been looking all over the shops for that bedroom suite and when i finally found it, it seems to be impossible to get it to my home.
