Ought a lounge suite at morkels furniture store thabanchu last year in october. In march 2013 I noticed that the there were some threads coming out of the sofas n their metatial was thinning. I went to the store to complain and I was promised that someone will come check them out. They explained to me that they don't do it themselves and that someone from the warehouse would come. I was told people from the warehouse came to thabanchu on thursday. I arranged for someone to stay at home that thursday and the warehouse people didn't come. The following monday I received a note at the house informing me that the warehouse people were at the house and found no one. I went to the store and I was told they had changed their schedule and they now operate at thabanchu on monday. We called the warehouse and told them to please inform me when they come again so that I can arrange for someone to be home. Since April they have never came back to me. I have been to the store countless times and I still don't get help.
