To summarise the worst ever service I got from Morkels: I bought goods costing /- R18 000 by cash.
1. Delivery to the wrong address. (I had to go to the store to find out what happened and nobody gave me straight answers, therefore I had to transport the goods myself. That was a risk because if they were damaged while I was transporting them to the correct address, I was gonna be liable for that).
2. Plasma TV was missing from the delivery. (I had to wait for weeks to get my Plasma TV that I was expecting with the delivery, they told me that the one that I was gonna get was sold aleady.
3. Home theater problems: My home theater had a problem, they told me to bring it to the store and I did that in April. And guess what - till now there's no communication and I don't know what are they doing with it. I went to the store four times and they always promise to call me back and they never did.
I'm so dissapointed with the service I got from them, they are just not customer orientated and they don't meet customers expectations. Whenever I visit the store, they don't supprise me. They always give me silly excuses. On Saturday I will go fetch my home theater and fix it myself.
