On saterday the 27/07/13 me and my partner went to morkels pta north to go shopping for couches as we walked in one of the sales people walked to us and ask if he can help us so we said we are looking for new couches so het told us that there is a special on the reno 3 pce lounge suite so we said ok we wil take it i paid the FULL amount of R8000 and the delivery cost of R350 they deliver the lounge suite that monday after the delivery guys left i look over to the one couch and there was a torn in it i phone the manager the next day and told marius he told me he wil replace it for me, one week went by so we phoned again but a other morkels store to ask if they have the lounge suite in stock and both of them told me the reno suite is discontinued??? so we phone marius again and he told us that he got a couch but its in jhb its now two weeks later and still nothing, i will never ever buy at them ever again i want my money back im not happy at all, pls people never ever buy at morkels in pta north
