Two days ago i went into a Edgars store to find out what the total of my loyalty point is on my cash card. Just to find out that there a negative balance on it. -29.75. Why is that? I never redeemed my points. I had points on my card before Edgars had this promo with the the extra points. What is happening here? As there is something wrong. Please investigate and provide me with feedback. My cash card number is 600815712640.
