We bought the 4 piece tuscany bedroom suite at Bradlows on 01/11/2013. The next day we received a phone call from their warehouse saying that we would receive our goods on Monday 04/11/2013. My husband waited the whole day and no delivery came. He phoned and they said it would be the next day, there was a problem with their computer system. Tuesday came and went again my husband waited the whole day at home. Again it was said the next day. I myself waited for them to arrive as it was promised that it would be delivered at 12: 00 noon by the person responsible at our branch. At 4 o'clock my husband arrived at home upset and we went to the branch. He said if the delivery was not made that day we want our money back. We finally received our bedroom suite at 6'0 clock at night the delivery guys could not set up as they had 2 more deliveries to make. We opened the rest of the suite and realized that the cupboard that comes with the suite was not there. We phoned the branch next day requesting them to deliver the rest of our suite where upon we were informed that we would only receive it on 05/12/2013 a month after our purchase! Out of stock apparently. FALSE ADVERTISING!
