I cannot believe what bad service i received from homechoice, some consultant called regarding my account and when i asked where she was calling from she had a nerve to ask me why do i wanna know. then the calls gets ended and she calls back again with another attitude. i again asked her where shes calling from she said first tell me who am i speaking to i did and she commented something but as i was in the bus i didnt hear and she drooped the call. A Mrs Thomas very nice lady called me in the morning and i explained to her about the consultant she made someone call me back. i then explained the story to her i dont have her name and she said she will call back, yes i have missed 1 call from a private number and that was it, no one ever get back to me and yet im the customer.

This is bad service if she can do it to me she will do it to someone else can i can just imagine the complaints homechoice will receive.
