Serious Lack of Customer Service

On Saturday the 21st of September we went to Arbour Crossing to look for new furniture for our home. We found a suitable lounge suite at Furniture City and we generally happy with everything and left to go home and think it over.
On the Monday we returned to do the necessary paperwork required. We then found out that the "new" lounge suite we had decided upon, was in fact not on special like our salesman Sizwe informed us and was actually the store demo. After a quick discussion we made the decision to just take it, as long as it was taken off the floor that day and was in perfect condition. On Saturday, we went into the store and the lounge suite was still on the floor. We then collected it on the 29th, only to get hone and find it was torn along the stitching and backboards are broken. Monday the 30th i went into the store to bring it to their attention, when i was told by the salesman, i bought it "as is". The very apologectic store manager then told me, he would have it replaced by the 2nd! Its now the 3rd and im told i will only have it by Monday the 7th and if im not happy with that i must cancel the deal! Seems im been given an ultimatum by him? Hardly customer service!!!
